1) Who we sell to

We sell to consumers in the European Union. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18+ and buying for personal (non-commercial) use.

2) Your contract with us

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you an order confirmation. If we cannot accept your order (e.g., out of stock, pricing error, failed payment), we’ll refund any amounts paid.

3) Products & availability

We try to show products accurately, but minor variations (e.g., colour on screens) can occur. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

4) Prices, VAT & payment

  • EU consumer rule: displayed prices are VAT-inclusive (where applicable).

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Payment must be made at checkout using the methods offered.

  • If we display an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund.

5) Shipping, delivery & risk

  • We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only.

  • Risk remains with us until you (or a person you nominate) physically receive the goods. If you arrange your own carrier (not offered at checkout), risk passes when we hand goods to that carrier.

  • Please check your address details carefully.

6) Returns: your 14-day EU right to cancel

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason.

  • To cancel, email orders@uajma.com with your order number.

  • Return items within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling, unused, unwashed, in original condition/packaging.

  • You pay return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

  • We’ll refund the product price (and the standard outbound shipping, if any) within 14 days after we receive the return or proof of posting—using your original payment method.

No 14-day cancellation for:

  • Custom/personalised items made to your request,

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed (not typical for T-shirts),

  • Digital downloads once started (not typical here).

7) Faulty or wrong items (legal guarantee)

Your purchase is covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity: if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, tell us at orders@uajma.com.

  • We’ll provide a free remedy: repair, replacement, or refund, as required by law.

  • This legal guarantee lasts 2 years from delivery (Malta/EU law).

8) Acceptable use of our site

Use our site lawfully. Don’t try to disrupt the site or misuse content.

9) Intellectual property

The site and its content (text, graphics, logos, designs) are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only for browsing and placing orders—no copying or commercial use without permission. If you believe that you are the copyright owner of any of the designs for sale, please contact orders@uajma.com to right the situation / request the design be removed.

10) How Shopify fits in

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchase is with us, not Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and processes data/payments on our behalf - see our Privacy Policy for details.

11) Privacy

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant). Please read it before ordering.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown at checkout when you order is the version that applies to that order.

13) Liability

We’re responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We do not excludeliability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).
We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, or for business losses (we sell to consumers only).

14) Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any purchase contract are governed by Maltese law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malta.
You also have the right to use EU consumer dispute tools, such as the ODR platform.
