Refund policy

We follow the standard EU 14-day return policy.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or cancellation — for any reason and without needing to provide justification.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

To start a return, contact us at orders@uajma.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
